What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
This page explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. It describes what the system actually does rather than serving as boilerplate.
What is collected
Each form asks only for what the task needs:
- Test drives, purchase advice, part inquiries and contact messages: name, mobile number, and an email address if you choose to give one.
- Service bookings: the above, plus the vehicle identification number and plate, so the dealership knows which car it is receiving.
- Vehicle orders: national ID number, province and city. The national ID is required to allocate the vehicle and prepare the contract.
- Dealership applications: company name and contact details.
- Job applications: the address of a CV you provide.
What is not collected
There are no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics on any page. Page-view counting is entirely aggregate: the number of views per page per day is stored, with no visitor identifier of any kind — no IP address, no cookie, no session. It can say which car draws the most interest; it cannot say who looked at it.
Who sees it
Your request is visible in the admin console to the staff handling it, and is passed to the dealership you selected where relevant. Your information is never sold or rented to anyone.
Notifications
When notifications are switched on, a summary of your request — name, contact number and subject — is sent to the staff who handle it.
Keeping and deleting
Requests are kept for as long as they are needed for follow-up, warranty and legal obligations. To correct or delete your information, contact customer care.
